Due to the unique nature of these items, all sales are final. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing. Each item is hand crafted one at a time by me.

If an item arrives damaged please contact me within 5 days. I will require photos of the damages and then can discuss replacement or refund on a case by case basis.

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.
